Cancellation Policies

We value your time and understand that sometimes delays and scheduling conflicts can occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly let us know at least 6 hours beforehand. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 6 hours' notice may incur a fee. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a cancellation list at all three salons.  If you have trouble getting an appointment at a convenient time, we can add you to our cancellation list and call when an appointment becomes available.
