Cancellation Policies
We value your time and understand that sometimes delays and scheduling conflicts can occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
We have a cancellation list at all three salons. If you have trouble getting an appointment at a convenient time, we can add you to our cancellation list and call when an appointment becomes available.
